Alice’s ABA journey started in college when a Special Education class opened her eyes to the fascinating world of behavioral science. What began as a Behavior Technician role quickly blossomed into a deep passion – she fell in love with seeing how ABA could help people gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.
Working in the field taught her that ABA isn’t just about teaching skills – it’s about celebrating each person’s unique strengths and differences. She dreamed of creating a practice that went beyond traditional approaches, one that truly put people first and embraced neurodiversity.
That’s why she founded Accord Behavior. Here, they focus on genuine collaboration with families, individualized support, and celebrating every person’s unique journey. Their mission is simple: to provide ABA services that empower, respect, and uplift everyone they work with.
