Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Supervisor
Location: Sacramento/Placer County
Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll lead by example and make a meaningful impact through:
- Providing and conducting client assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress.
- Engaging in parent training and ensuring the process by creating and modeling programs that empower parents with the skills and techniques to support the positive behavior development of their child.
- Managing clinical supervision of Behavior Technicians, providing training in the use of data collection, positive behavior supports, intervention techniques, and instructional methodologies for staff.
- Providing direction and inspiring leadership, role-modeling high performance, and achieving client goals.
- Overseeing implementation of and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Continuing to remain current regarding new research, current trends, and developments in ABA, autism, and related fields.
- Adhering to all company policies, including state-regulated mandated reporter obligations as applicable and as described in the company’s employee handbook.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role and further our mission of Accord Behavior, you’ll need:
- Active BCBA certification.
- At least one year of experience as a clinical supervisor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Sacramento/Placer County
Behavior Technician – Accord Behavior
Accord Behavior is a behavioral health agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals and families. We focus on delivering high-quality ABA services in a supportive and enriching environment for our staff, ensuring proper training and mentorship at every level.
We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work 1:1 or in small groups with clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. This position is ideal for those seeking experience in ABA or related fields, as well as individuals with established expertise in ABA or Special Education. BTs at Accord Behavior will be registered through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (RBT). Candidates will receive regular contact and supervision from their BCBA supervisor(s), with a strong emphasis on high-quality guidance and transparent communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support as outlined in individualized service plans
- Deliver services in the home, school, and/or community settings
- Collect data and maintain communication with supervisors on client progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Receive ongoing supervision and training from BCBA supervisors
Qualifications:
- Prefer at least 2 years of college coursework in psychology, education, social services, or related fields
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Previous ABA experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle with valid proof of insurance

- Must pass background checks
- Available to work at least 10 hours per week at consistent times
